The Garland County Historical Society will build capacity to sustain and grow the Association:
- Increase paid staff
- Increase efficacy of volunteers
- Expand deployment of technology
The Garland County Historical Society will engage diverse communities with all facets of our operations:
- Increase diverse representation on Board
- Increase diverse representation in volunteers
- Increase diverse representation in membership and programming
The Garland County Historical Society will make accessible its collections and other resources:
- Increase volume of processing
- Increase number of people presenting programs
The Garland County Historical Society will actively develop sustainable revenue streams:
- Increase operating budget
- Cultivate wider community involvement in sustainability efforts

- Expand physical presence in the community
