Hot Springs: A History in Postcards

This program is sponsored by the Garland County Historical Society and presented by Ron Fuller, business owner, local historian, and author. In 2018, Fuller was appointed by Governor Asa Hutchinson to serve as a member of the board of the Arkansas State Archives.

Ron presents a look back at the unique history of American postcards, from the mid-1800s to the present day. He shows part of his 1,000+ collection of Hot Springs postcards as well as a video featuring cards showing vanished landmarks from the Spa City’s past.
